For over 35 years, my life’s work has centered on one sacred calling: walking alongside people through deep questions of meaning, faith, emotional pain and navigating transition.

As a Spiritual Director and End-of-Life Doula, I provide a compassionate, grounded presence during life’s most pivotal moments. Whether you are navigating an interior threshold—seeking greater clarity, renewal, and depth in your everyday life—or standing at the threshold of life's final chapter, you do not have to walk it alone.

My education and continued professional development provide the foundation for my work. My experience encompasses three and a half decades in pastoral ministry, specialized in spiritual formation and pastoral care. This extensive experience has taught me that honoring our humanity requires space set aside, a heart for people, and deep listening without judgment.
